How do you film thirteen inventors, in thirteen countries, and make it look like one idea?
Thirteen countries, 26 shoot days and 352 deliverables. IVORY combined international production with centrally coordinated post-production to create a consistent portrait series for the European Patent Office.

The brief Create an international portrait series for the European Patent Office’s 2026 European Inventor Award, for the ceremony in Berlin and its surrounding communication. Make the invention understandable Each portrait had to explain the person and the technical application behind the patent. IVORY visualised those applications and researched and integrated archive material for each story. One visual approach across 13 countries The production combined international crews and local production support across 26 shoot days. Footage selection and delivery were coordinated centrally to maintain a consistent standard across locations. 352 deliverables 13 films in 16:9. 13 vertical versions in 9:16. 1 Sounds of Invention piece. 325 stills — 25 from each of 13 locations.
